Game Processing Charges & Extra Services:

Pricing: Bone-in or Boneless Cuts
Minimum: $125 (If over 125 lbs. price per lb is $1.25 double-wrapped with butcher paper.
Includes: Steaks, Roasts, Stew, Ground, and fresh bulk sausages (if requested). Beef or pork trim can be added to ground or sausage (30% to 40%) and beef fat can be added to your ground (10%). The cost of the trim will be at market price.

Skinning: Fee will be determined when the animal is brought in. $100 minimum if we can do it.
*Tulare Meat Locker & Sausage Co. reserves the right to discard any meat that we feel is unfit for human consumption.
*There will be a storage fee of $10 per box, after the 14th day of being called, if prior arrangements have not been made. This is due to a very limited freezer space during this time of year. Thank you for understanding.
*If after ninety days of notification of completion and the meat is not picked up it will be disposed of and your information will be turned into the Department of Fish and Game which could incur a loss of hunting privileges.

What do we do?

We offer USDA Choice and Prime Angus beef, pork, and process wild game for customers. We offer a wide selection of marinated chicken breast and Tri-Tip. We also offer a wide variety of specialty sausages. All of our meat is fresh, flavorful, and will not let you down!

What are some of our most popular products?

We make around 70 sausages, 15 snack sticks, five jerkies, flavored bacon, bone-in and boneless ham, different flavors of summer sausage. Anything that’s smoked and cured meat, I’m going to do it. I’m just passionate about it.

Popular sausages include Jalapeño Cheddar, Smoked Bratwurst, Smoked Hawaiian Sausage. I like to come up with new ideas and one that stood out was the Dorito Bean Dip Sausage. It’s just like it sounds: Nacho Cheese Doritos, black beans and olives—incorporate it into pork meat and it tastes just like bean dip
